Road Race  - Annahilt Triangle (8.5 mile circuit)

Twenty-five riders gathered for tonight's road race, the second of the season for Dromara Cycling Club and the eighth event in the club's 2008 calendar. The venue was the Annahilt Triangle and the weather was glorious making for a great evening of racing.  The race was handicapped as before with riders were placed into starting groups.  Details of the time handicaps are given in the table below.   Derek Hanna, Stephen and Lauren Phillips did a great job of timekeeping this event.  Many thanks to them and all the marshalls.  A great evening of racing with only a minor incident of post-race emotions spilling out.
