St. Puncture's day
A holy day, where tubes are concerned
Legend has it that St. Patrick turns the sunny side of the stone up signaling the end of winter and the start of spring today. Well eight of the members turned over a hell of a lot of stones today in the attempt to negotiate some very difficult bridle paths and lanes. Unlike St.Paddy though all our stone turning produced was thorns leading to punctures, eight to be exit! Then there was the weather. What started out as a mild spring morning was to turn into something we have become more familiar with this winter, namely driving rain and strong wind, a perfect end to the day.
