The 23 mile weekly trip down the towpath saw Trevor getting more ambitious than usual.
I am sure you will be familiar with the Grand Prix motorcycle riders scraping their knee on the track while cornering. Well Trevor takes this a step further, with his back touching the ground into one of the tighter corners. Here's the proof below if you don't believe me.

Paul makes the effort while Trevor puts his back into it.

The stupidly dangerous steel structure at the entrance to the towpath from the Island Centre Lisburn.
This would seem to be the "30" sprint at the end of the ride, arch rivals I suppose.

Just about visible are Trevor and Paul meeting on one of the new lock gates at the Island Centre. More like Robin Hood and little John, but I am not sure which is which!
