Ronnie’s Chest, Heart and Stroke Charity Cycle

Club member Ronnie Smyth requested the club to raise some funds for the Chest, Heart and Stroke Charity. The club has chosen to use the route of our old Dromara Coastal. The route covers approximately 60 miles starting from Dromara Village Football club located on the Rathfriland Road, Dromara, County Down.

The tour offers a great day out with like minded people, going at a pace that suits you.  The first half of ride takes in a scenic loop around the south Down coast to Strangford. Riders can stop in Strangford at the local shop if needed.

After leaving Strangford, just outside Quoile riders take the route back to Dromara via Ballynahinch (see route maps below).  Once back in the clubhouse at Dromara FC the riders can shower, change, and enjoy a well earned chance to relax amongst friends. Refreshments will be provided back at the football club.
